From Friday 15th November to Sunday 17th November, 12 Year 9 students took part in their World Challenge training expedition in the Lake District. The training included different walks climbing some steep mountains and working as a team to complete different activities and challenges.
The team did extremely well and will now spend the next few months on their final preparations for their expedition to Morocco in July 2020, where they will take part in a community project before climbing Mt. Toubkal, the highest peak in the Atlas Mountains.
The Priory will be sending 25 Year 9 students to Morocco in 2020, and the second team will have their training weekend in February 2020.
