Ofsted October 2022 – ‘There are positive and caring relationships between staff and students across the school’
We have created a learning environment that raises students’ aspirations and promotes academic achievement where students feel they belong, regardless of race, religion or sexuality.
New colleagues will be provided with the right balance of support, challenge and stimulation for both job satisfaction and career development.
Ofsted October 2022 – ‘Staff are loyal and committed to the school. Leaders support them well. The systems and processes used in the school do not add to staff workload.’
