Dear Parent / Carer
Due to the increased temperatures predicted for tomorrow, we have made the decision to close the school at 12.40pm that day. This will allow the students to return home prior to the very high temperatures expected in the afternoon. All the morning activities will run as normal.
We will not be offering lunch, but students in receipt of free school meals will be able to collect food during break time.
The school will remain open for any student unable to leave early – if you require your child to remain with us, please email emma.sangster@priory.herts.sch.uk.
Year 10 students not taking part in the Take Your Child to Work Day tomorrow and due in school will no longer be required to attend tomorrow as their programme has been cancelled due to the weather.
The planned programme for Wednesday will take place as normal.
A reminder that this school term finishes on Thursday at 12.30pm.
